- coffee machine but no coffee capsules. Why do i need to buy whole pack of capsules for 2 cups of coffee?
- washing machine but no washing detergent. Why do i need to shop for my own detergent ???
- after recieving payment host just dissapeared and stopped answering the questions

אזור מאוד יפה ונעים, הדירה מעוצבת יפה, מאוד נעימה ונותנת תחושה של בית.
המיטות נוחות והמקלחת מרווחת.
לא היתה מיטת תינוק למרות שסוכם על כך מראש, המארח הגיע לאחר כשעה להביא את המיטה.
דברים אחרים שכתובים שיש בדירה לא היו כמו למשל מתלה כביסה, שהמארח הביא לנו חדש ביום השני.
באחד החלונות לא היה וילון בכלל והמארח הביא לנו שמיכה לכסות את החלון.
במקלחת החלון ממש גדול וחשוף ונראה שאפשר לראות הכל מבחוץ!
המזגן נמצא רק בסלון ולא בחדרים.
הדירה לא כל כך מאובזרת מבחינת כלים.

Location was great, and the apartment was clean and comfortable.
I was surprised to see a coffee and tea maker, but no coffee pods, tea bags, or creamer. It would have been a nice touch to have at least a sample of coffee pods with creamer to enjoy first thing in the morning. There were only two towels for each bathroom, but no hand or face towels. We contacted the owner, and he brought two hand towels, one for each bathroom, and some paper towels for the kitchen. It just seems that the apartment provided the bare minimums, which was inconvenient. I think some added touches, like coffee, a small snack tray, and ample towels for the kitchen and bathrooms, would have made the experience above average.
