房间位置很好，就在老城里，出门就是河边和琥珀街。室内的设施很完善，装修很舒适。有两间卧室，床上用品也很舒服，被子很多，晚上冷了可以多盖一床被子。厨房用具很多，锅碗瓢盆都很齐全，适合自己做饭。
有四点不满意，需要改进。
1)拿钥匙的地方和公寓很远，要走10来分钟的路。我们从火车站打车到公寓地址后，以为拿钥匙的街道就在旁边，找了很久都未找到。结果看地图，还有10多分钟的步行路程。建议房东在booking上留信息时说明这一点，不要让客人走回头路。其实从火车站打车到公寓，基本上要从拿钥匙的地方经过。
2)我们是接近70岁的老年人，带着两个大行李箱，被安排在3楼（就是国内的4楼）。老城区都是没电梯的公寓，我们扛着行李上4楼，累的半死。如果房东仔细一点，将老年人安排在低楼层会让客人开心的。
3）前面说了房间里面的设施都非常好，但淋浴房里的洗漱盆排水不畅，没法用。我们住了三晚都是在厨房水槽用水的。希望房东去疏通一下。
4）淋浴房挂在墙上可移动的龙头是挂在半腰高的墙上的，洗澡时要一只手拿着龙头洗，很不方便。当然顶上还有个花洒，但我们不喜欢用顶上的花洒，因会一直淋着头。

Perfect location, well equipped and comfortable. It is in the Old Town with lovely restaurants , shops and attractions very close.
As previously mentioned the outer door can be awkward, one morning the outer door was locked and other residents were also unable to get it open. Luckily one of residents had a key for an alternative door.
The bathroom sink needs unclogged.

The central position right in the old town was fabulous and it was quiet and spacious
The Blinds let too much light in. Blackout Blinds would be much better towels rather old. Instructions for the shower would be useful we got it to Work but never understood the overhead of it.
