Cost effective
No phone in the room. It was difficult to get food from the hotel downstairs. Food is tasty though.

The common areas like the reception area, visitor washroom and corridors require daily maintenance to eliminate stale odor and dust, (Sambrani/ Frankincense/ Dhoop twice daily helps)
Wastage of Water and A/C:
Some of the wash basins are clogged and the hand faucet leak.
The huge glass windows do not close fully, leaking rhe A/C's cool air !
Breakfast needs proper arrangements.
The kettle was not available.
