An exceptional stay at Aminess Younique Gaia Green Villas! We stayed in a villa with a roof terrace, and everything exceeded our expectations (10/10).
The villa is modern, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. It is equipped with everything needed for preparing basic meals — like frying an egg or making hot sandwiches — and features a large refrigerator. The terrace was a lovely spot for having breakfast and unwinding after a day at the beach.
The location is incredible! It is a secure, quiet, and gated area with a private parking spot right outside the house, which was super convenient. It takes just 5 minutes to walk to the promenade with cafes and shops, yet it remains extremely peaceful around the villa. At the beach, it was always easy to find a comfortable spot, whether under the trees or on the rocks.
A small detail that speaks volumes about their hospitality: around the second or third day of our stay, we received a link to a short feedback survey. I gave them top marks but included a minor request as an option. To my surprise, my request was fully taken care of the very next morning! That is what I call true customer care <3

The villas were a bit far from the beach 5 min walk, but because of that they were in a garden like area with a lot of plants and quite during the day and the night. Plenty of room for all of us + dog. We had quite a big terrace and that allowed us to chill and have meals there.
Plante of places to have dinner at. Lovely people everywhere.
The only challenged we faced was there is not a place where you can wash beach equipment: paddel board, snorkeling masks, fins etc.
It could be nice if there was a place with a fresh water hose. It doesn't have to be everywhere, 1-2 spots would be enough

The location is good, close to the sea and has modern playground equipment for children.
At check-in they couldn’t find reservation at all, so the first impression was poor. The entry cards didn’t work in the start. Some pieces of furniture looked worn, there were dirty marks on the walls, the bed was very uncomfortable, and we didn’t have hot water.
