With many of these apartments rented by an owner the proprietor is not always available. Many times I have tried to contact an owner and received no reply at all. It can be frustrating.
This is NOT the case here. The owner was extremely attentive and friendly. She replied to me via WhatsApp very quickly every time. Additionally, I accidentally left something in the apartment and she coordinated with my friend to have it picked up.
As for the apartment itself. It is a very good value, the price significantly below other apartments. This is in part because it is further from the center of the central district. No matter. it's 15-20 minutes walk to the heart of Candalaria and another 5-10 to other areas such as Museo de Oro (recommend highly).
The place is modern and comfortable. The kitchen is quite spacious and reasonably well equipped. Tip: The mirror in the bathroom has a cool builtin light. Touch the little circle at the bottom.
While the shower itself was spacious the bathroom is small. This is the case in most of these apartments for rent on a daily basis.
I would have liked a couple of wine glasses and liquor glasses.

L’appartement en lui même était grand, moderne, propre avec tous les équipements nécessaire ! Les hôtes étaient très sympa ! Bon rapport qualité prix pour Bogota
L’insonorisation, on entend tout mais avec des boules quies ça sauve ! Ils ont voulu nous faire payer des frais de ménage non-inclus sur booking mais finalement on a payé ce qui était écrit donc OK
