Location was great, size of rooms and bathrooms was perfect too. Kitchen had all utensils needed and more.
Could use a deep clean, mould on curtains, dust on tables and around doorframe’. Due to weather unable to use outside pool and indoor pool was undrr maintenance.

The view from the 31st floor was amazing. However, the overall experience was quite frustrating. Finding the entry door and parking was very difficult, and key collection was poorly managed. We had to wait outside for nearly 2 hours before receiving the access code. There were no clear parking instructions provided, and after multiple calls to customer care, we finally reached the room after about 2.5 hours of stress.
The key collection and car parking process were very poorly managed. We arrived at the key collection address around 1:30pm and were informed by customer care that the room was not yet cleaned and we would need to wait until 3:30pm. However, we only received the keys around 4:00pm. At that time, there were other guests also waiting for their access codes, which shows a lack of proper coordination. This is not fair to guests who arrive on time.
The car parking instructions were also extremely unclear. I noticed multiple cars driving around and trying different shutter doors, unsure of where to enter. I personally attempted access several times at the assigned gate, but the card did not seem to work properly. I then tried another gate without success. Eventually, I had to rely on another driver behind me who used their card to open the gate so I could enter and park.
Overall, the experience was unnecessarily stressful due to poor communication and lack of proper management.

The view and the living room was nice.
Bathrooms only had bar soap for hand wash. There were no spare towels. Dishes and cutlery were not clean. Sheets and blankets had stains.
