Amazing location, very clean, has everything one needs. Also the owner gave us a 2nd apartment free of charge because the couch didn’t pull out. Will come here every time I stay in Leeds
Only negative could be that the doors are very thin and so are the walls. So you could hear the people yelling down the hall. The elevator also does not work.

Location was excellent, very central.
Staff contacted were very obliging and helpful, any issues immediately rectified
Car parks were very close by
Unaware of it being 3rd/4th floor but there is a lift
Duvet cover was torn in places around the seams

Same, storage, bathroom, kitchen and living room area was huge and amenities were great, we were upgraded to this apartment for more space for my children which is great as they are both teens (13 - 15) and opposite genders, sharing a sofa bed would have been awkward but Byron who owns this place was very polite and helpful
Only issue was the firestick remote wouldn't work so kids got bored but its not an essential or necessity.
