gute Ausstattung mit sehr guter Lage - und Luft nach oben

Sauber, sehr gut in der Nähe des Sees gelegen, sodass wir alles zu Fuß machen konnten. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet. Problemoser Online-Check-In.

Auf eine zuvor per Email gestellte Frage habe ich eine Woche gewartet. Das Appartement ist sehr hellhörig: ein alter Bau, sehr laute Türen, die nur mit Unterstützung geschlossen werden können, die Klospülung weckt Menschen auf - da sollte nachgebessert werden.

Waren sehr enttäuscht und fühlen uns übers Ohr gehauen

Die Lage ist super

Die Anzeige ist absichtlich? irreführend - lt. Anzeige gibt es zwei Bäder. Das entspricht nicht der Realität. Es gibt nur eins! - es gibt zwar zwei Zimmer zum Schlafen aber eins ist so klein dass nur ein Bett hineinpasst und nicht mal der Koffer mehr Platz findet. Das zweite „Schlafzimmer“ ist eigentlich das Wohnzimmer. Geht aus der Anzeige auch nicht offensichtlich hervor. Es wird zwar von 2 Schlafzimmern gesprochen aber ein Hinweise darauf dass ein Bett im Wohnzimmer steht wäre sinnvoll gewesen. Denn wenn die Gäste aus dem Minischlafzimmer aufwachen oder länger wach sind als die Gäste die Wohnzimmer nächtigen können sie leider nur in der Küche sein oder im Flur mit einer Nische, welche als Essbereich umfunktioniert wurde. -Die Küche hat KEINE Spülmaschine. Wär bei 300 euro die Nacht im April schon angemessen - Das Wlan ist unbrauchbar. Auf Nachrage beim Eigentümer wurde uns gesagt dass es früher immer funktioniert hätte. Wir hatten alle leider kein Internet. - Bei der Ausstattung wurde offensichtlich überall gespart. Es gibt auch leider keine Nachttischtleuchten um Abends im Bett noch zu lesen. - Die angepriesenen 80 qm konnten wir leider nicht finden. In Summe ist die ganze Wohnung als sehr schöne Wohnung bei Booking angezeigt. Bei Ankunft wird schnell klar, dass man hier mit einer Mogelpackung konfrontiert ist und mit einer geschönten Anzeige mit falschen Angaben hinters Licht geführt wird. Der Preis für die Wohnung wäre angemessen wenn die Angaben stimmen würden und die Fotos der Realität entsprechen würden. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
