Great communication, great spot!

Cool little condo in downtown Cleveland. Must things we wanted to do were within walking distance, including basketball and baseball stadiums!

We lost power in the second day, but that was out of her control. Alma offered a refund right away, and we were able to find a hotel close by.

Horrible, I would like a refund for our disappointment in what was described as a nice place.

The ceilings in both bathrooms dripped and the mud from the drywall was dropping in the tub. The water pressure was up and down in all areas. The door on the washing machine room was broken. We ran out of towels, so went to wash a set of towels and put them in the dryer and found all the sheets and towels from the previous people in the dryer. In the main bedroom the floor had seeping water coming through. In the description on free parking, it is not easy to park without a second person guiding the driver.
