had a lovely time and the facilities suited us perfectly

The dinning room chairs do not have a seat padding so were slightly uncomfortable and the when showering it took a fair while for the water to get hot (wasting water)

It was nice

The property was very clean and spacious for our extended family .

The staircase is not child proof (needs a baby gate ) otherwise is very unsafe .The dining table was falling apart , all the chairs are flaking and sunken .When I tried to contact the property there was no response to rectify the safety issue.

Great location, but lacks polish

Fabulous location looking directly onto the canal. Big spacious rooms, good linen. Very nice outdoor area.

Was advertised as 4 bathrooms, it only has 3. Even with help from the host, the TV did not work for streaming. It was advertised as with streaming. The dining chair cushions were very old and uncomfortable. We were with 8 adults, so a few more plates, cups etc would be better. No basics or treats in the kitchen.
