As a solo female traveller I am always cautious about where I stay but The Arch Suite ticked every box. The building is in a secure compound, the host was responsive and I always felt safe. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful .I was not expecting such a premium interior from the outside. The LED lighting gives every room a completely different atmosphere and the marble bathrooms feel genuinely luxurious. I particularly loved the balcony with the hanging swing chair..perfect for morning coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable and the blackout effect in the bedroom meant I slept better than I have in months. Netflix on a 40 inch QLED TV in my room was the perfect way to end each evening. Genuinely one of my favourite stays. I will be back

Wow. I genuinely did not expect what was behind that door. The outside of the building is nothing special but the moment you step inside The Arch Suite it is a completely different world. The LED lighting throughout changes the entire mood of every room — we had the blue in the living room and the red in our bedroom and it felt like a luxury hotel. The Calacatta marble in both bathrooms is stunning and the rainfall shower in the en-suite is incredible. The hanging swing chair on the balcony became our favourite spot every evening. The beds are very comfortable, both TVs had Netflix, and the WiFi was fast and reliable the whole stay. Mary was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. We are already planning to come back. Highly recommend for couples looking for something genuinely different in Mombasa.
I loved everything especially Segway They took full advantage of the complimentary Segway tour included with the stay, and came back absolutely buzzing about it — which was wonderful to hear. They left the space in immaculate condition, treating it with real care and consideration.
