Beware of this place!

Avoid this place! After booking, paying and getting confirmation just about an hour before check in we get mesage on whatsapp asking us to cancell reservation!!! But we already been charged and this is non refundable cancellation, so if I'll cancell I will loose paymet! At this point, cancellation has to be made by the property, since it is not our fault. We insisted on that what the property owner has to make cancellation on his end, but he was telling us - we have to do it. Smart move, to avoid penalties from the booking.com. Finally, after elapsing the check in time we contacted booking.com regarding this issue and they promissed us to compensate the price difference after relocating. After long search we got a new place, but to get reinburcement it took us 3 phone calls totalling close to 3 hours staying on the phone explaining representatives what we want.
