日産スタジアムでのイベント参加のためこちらに宿泊しました。日産スタジアムからはとても近くて良かったです。また、チェックイン前、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かって下さり助かりました。
ただ、午後3時に行きましたが、ラブホだったためか、チェックイン時間は夜9時過ぎと言われました。でも、イベント後のチェックインで預けた荷物も部屋に届けてあり問題有りませんでした。
お一人様利用でしたが、部屋は広く、ベッドもキングサイズで良く休めました。トイレとお風呂が別なのも良かったです。
フロントに色々な種類のシャンプー・コンディショナーの貸し出しと無料入浴剤各種も有り、利用しました。
部屋の照明が若干暗めで、もう少し明るいといいなと思いました。

Honestly, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in Yokohama. It's like staying in a palace. The room was large with a separate bathroom and toilet. All facilities and amenities were perfect, and of class. There was the ambience, the comfort, and the quietness. I've spent a lot more staying in some tiny and dingy rooms in nearby hotels, but this paid back every coin I spent. Regardless what some may think, I would strongly recommend this hotel. And as long as there is availability, I will be back!
There is no reception desk within the facility, and there was guidance on how to check in from Booking.com. So, I was confused when I arrived at the facility to find no one to speak with. I eventually found the small phone placed somewhere near the entrance and I was able to communicate with the staff who politely guided me to my room. I would recommend that the facility consider providing some check in guidance to Booking.com users. Remember, all instructions are in Japanese, so you may experience language problems if you not familiar with Japanese.
