About this house rental
You will enjoy this downtown Vancouver and charming well appointed no pet and child free bungalow (18 and older), Your home away from home while you visit the Carter area in Vancouver Wa. Short or long term rental. With two cozy bedrooms, including a queen bed in the primary room, a twin sofa bed in the 2nd (very small room) and a full size sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom features a refreshing shower., plenty of towels and everything you need to make you feel at home. Guests have plenty of space to unwind. Whether you’re curling up with a book or catching up on your favorite shows, the living room offers a comfortable spot to relax. Kickback and enjoy everything Vancouver and our terrific bungalow has to offer. Location is tops and minutes from the waterfront, hospitals and the 5 fwy freeway. 15 minutes to Portland and 15 minutes to PDX. Vancouver Lake only 10 min away. You will enjoy your vintage stay at the "La Casita Inn". W/D included in the home. This home is best suited for two adults, but can accommodate three adults(18 and over). 30 day or longer 3500 mo. We will confirm on ALL bookings including instant bookings, you have read the rules and agree to them for this no pet(s) and no children home. Side note: Alaska Atmos credit card holders get points when booking through their online milage shopping app.

While the house is on the smaller side and the size of the bathroom can be a bit challenging, depending on how many people you have in the house, everything was extremely clean and the house is well appointed. The owners are very responsive. The neighborhood and location is also great if you want workability to shops.

Charming is correct! Pristine clean. Perfectly located to the airport, downtown Vancouver restaurants, waterfront walks, hiking, and Portland. The Casita is in a nice, very quiet neighborhood and offered all necessary amenities. We were left wanting for nothing except more days to enjoy the surrounding activities! The hosts' responses were immediate for every question I texted or emailed.

Reservation through check-out was seamless. Our hosts were very available. The bungalow was charming, comfortably furnished and totally equipped. A very generous welcoming basket included coffee, creamer, beverages and snacks. The location afforded walkable access to stores and restaurants. The covered front porch offered seating to enjoy the beautifully landscaped front lawn. I highly recommend.
