Located moments from Albert Park Lake and the Melbourne Grand Prix circuit, this charming two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to three guests and is ideal for couples, small families or those travelling for work. With beautiful heritage features, generous natural light, a dedicated work-from-home space and a private patio with a small BBQ, it offers a relaxed and convenient city-fringe stay. Please note the property is not pet friendly.

The apartment includes a central bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen and a comfortable living area, along with a private outdoor patio — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or casual outdoor meals.
Perfectly positioned, you’re just a short stroll to Middle Park Beach, Albert Park Lake, Msac, scenic walking trails and light rail services into the CBD. Enjoy local favourites such as Cowderoy’s Dairy café, Armstrong Street Village, South Melbourne Market and the vibrant dining and nightlife of St Kilda — all right on your doorstep.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
