About this apartment rental
Ideally located just a stone's throw from the Croisette and beaches, this charming 33 m² studio is perfect for a pleasant stay. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation includes a living area with sleeping and dining corners, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and all necessary utensils, as well as a balcony with garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors. The bathroom features a shower and toilet, and the studio is equipped with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. In terms of sleeping arrangements, you will find a double bed and a sofa bed, offering flexibility and comfort. The location is ideal: in the immediate vicinity of the Croisette beach, restaurants and shops, and just a few minutes from the SNCF train station and bus station. Nice airport is easily accessible, allowing you to explore the region with ease.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Cannes and just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the space was the perfect size for a relaxing stay. It would work well for a solo traveller or a couple and is ideal for anyone looking to spend a week by the beach.
There is a convenience store right beside the entrance, which was very handy, and an excellent Thai restaurant around the corner that I would highly recommend.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide basic kitchen essentials such as dish soap and cooking oil. For guests staying only a few days, it’s difficult and wasteful to purchase these items in larger quantities. Having them available would make the stay even more convenient.
Overall, I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Cannes.
