Clean place located within walking distance of town, 4 comfortably sized bedrooms. Great spot for a week on the island

This house is just like the photos. It's the perfect size for our family of 5. There are no beach supplies (chairs/beach towels or anything) at the house unlike other rentals we have done in ACK so just make sure to bring your own. But it was a good spot, and we loved that we did not have to book a full week.

The house was fine. We used it like a hotel for 5. We did not cook, eat or spend time there. We were disappointed with how it worked for us. No Air Conditioning on the first floor so the nights we woke up very sweaty and not comfortable. No microwave which we could get over. No soap to take a shower so after a long day of travel we had to uber back out to get soap to take a shower. Not sure why that is for the price per day. On checkout we are to was dishes but there is no dish soap. Made me think how the dishes we used got cleansed before us?? The host who we were to contact. Sent an email no response, sent a text no response called and got a text who is this and when we told him about the soap issue he asked dish or shower and said they only get you started. For the fees paid a bottle of dish and a bottle of shower soap would not break the bank. His responses were 12 or more hours after asking the questions. Not sure if we were the first guests of the season but I walked through spiderwebs going into the bedroom the first time. The property is pretty but plan on stopping at the store for anything you might need on the stay and assume nothing. The no AC on the first floor is a big negative.
