-Short drive to popular wading areas like Cow Shoals (14 min), JFK (10 min), and Winkley Shoals (10 min). We suggest JFK as the best wading area.

-Close to Greers Ferry Lake (10 min), Sugarloaf Mountain (10 min), hiking, and downtown Heber Springs (12 min).

-Lots of wildlife in the area, including Bald Eagles, Hawks, Foxes, Otters, Beavers, Cranes, Deer, Ducks, and Geese.
