About this house rental
Sundowner gives families and groups an easy Killington home base with four bedrooms, two separate living spaces, and complimentary access to the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and fitness center at The Woods. Located just about 5 minutes from both Killington Resort and Pico Mountain, it’s a comfortable setup for ski trips, summer adventures, and weekends spent exploring the area.
The main level has an open kitchen, dining, and living area that makes it easy for everyone to spend time together. The kitchen is fully stocked for meals at home, while the living room has comfortable seating and a propane fireplace for relaxing after a day outside.
Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are located on this level.

Bedroom 1: Twin-over-twin bunk bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Downstairs, the lower level gives your group even more room to spread out with a second living area, another full bathroom, and Bedrooms 3 and 4. This level also opens directly onto the deck and backyard area.
During your stay, you’ll also receive complimentary access to the amenities at The Woods, a nearby condo complex. Take a swim in the indoor pool, soak in the hot tub, relax in the sauna or steam room, or get in a workout at the fitness center. These amenities are located off-site and are not within the home, giving you the flexibility to enjoy a larger amenity center while still having Sundowner as your own private place to come home to.
Additional perks include Roku TVs, driveway parking, a propane fireplace, and a layout that works especially well for families, kids, and groups who appreciate having more than one place to hang out.
Whether your Killington plans include skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golf, foliage season, or simply spending a few days away together, Sundowner keeps you close to the action with plenty of room to settle in and relax.
Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
