General -Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times. -No parties, events, or large gatherings. -Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors. -Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Guests - Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. - Visitors are allowed during the day but must leave before quiet hours unless otherwise approved. Unnaproved visitors saying over night will incur a One Hundred ($100.00) fee per person. Pets - Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is given in writing. - Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees, in our discretion. Resort Amenities - Access to resort amenities (gym, pool, tennis courts, spa) may be available for an additional fee payable directly to the resort. - All resort rules and policies must be followed. Cleanliness - Please keep the home reasonably tidy during your stay. - Dishes should be washed or placed in the dishwasher before checkout. - Trash should be placed in designated bins. Damage - Any damage, breakage, or missing items must be reported promptly. - Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear, and will be charged accordingly.
