This family-friendly three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is the perfect base for your Raglan getaway. Relax on the huge deck with open and covered areas, or unwind in the private four-person cedar sauna. It is a 5 to 7 minute walk to Lorenzen Bay for high-tide water access and a 4-minute drive into Raglan town.

In a quiet residential neighbourhood, the bright open-plan living, kitchen and dining area flows onto a large covered outdoor entertainment area. The kitchen has an oven, electric hob, microwave and dishwasher for family feasts. The deck is a hangout rain or shine, with a large outdoor table and BBQ, and the fully fenced outdoor area lets little ones roam safely. There is also a ping-pong table, and the living area has a Smart TV with Netflix and a heat pump for summer and winter comfort.

The master has a queen bed and ensuite shower with sliding doors to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and uses the main bathroom (shower, bathtub and separate toilet). The third bedroom is set up for kids with two sets of bunk beds, toys and a wardrobe. The house suits 4 adults and 4 children, as the bunk beds are not suitable for adults. Off the kitchen, the double garage offers parking or secure sports storage, and there is a washing machine and clothesline.

We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, laundry powder and gas for the BBQ. You will have the entire property and outdoor areas. Parking is 2 cars in the garage plus 2 on the driveway.

The township is a 4-minute drive for supplies, barista coffee, ice cream and local eateries. For a change from sea and sand, try the Mt Karioi summit or Te Toto Gorge walking tracks.

- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

To protect your stay and our properties, ID verification is required before access details are released, and your booking is conditional on completing it. After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done. Takes a few minutes; your data is handled securely by the portal operator, SuiteOp. Failure to complete ID verification will result in your booking being cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply.
