About this apartment rental
Unit 1a is a spacious self-contained unit- Perfect for a single or couple in town for work or for those looking for a peaceful home base while exploring the Bright bike trails, hiking trails, equestrian training, and events at pioneer park - which is at the doorstep. Front deck for relaxing with valley views, large undercover area in back for taking in the wildlife while you enjoy a cup of tea, and a secure shed (but arrangement) for storing and working on bikes (byo tools) or other outdoor toys. Parking for large vehicles. Surrounded by paddocks on three sides- you truly feel transported.
Gorgeous wood burning stove for those cozy nights. 10 -20 minute walk or 2 minute drive to everything in town. Mystic mountain park right down the street. Giant closet, rain like shower head, spacious living, dining and kitchen all to yourselves. Firewood may be arranged separately.
While there isn’t currently wifi at the property (nbn has not installed the appropriate cancelling yet) reception is fine. If you aren’t looking for a digital detox- you can log in to your accounts on the Google TV.
A pull out bed for a child can be arranged with notice.
Well trained mature dogs are welcome for additional fee but may not to be left unattended. The yard is fenced- but not 100% securely. Not suitable for puppies.
Basic catering needs can be arranged upon request.

We had a lovely stay at Heather’s place. It was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our weekend in Bright. The unit was also very close to the town centre. Would definitely recommend Thank you!

So the owner did make a mistake and forgot about our booking, meaning when we arrived the room wasn't ready and took over an hour before we could check in.However I respect that the host did what she could to quickly rectify the situation and partly refunded our payment.The unit is clean, spacious and great for a small family or couple to stay.

Excellent place. Great location. Took our bikes and it is an easy ride to centre of town. Right between two mountain bike parks too. Lovely to sit at the back sipping some sparkling and watching the paragliders and looking towards Mount Hotham.

We had a great stay. Was very pet friendly, great location. Easy to access. The house is very very and spacious. The house backs onto paddocks and has a great view of the mountains. We loved it!
