The space

This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath apartment accommodates up to 10 guests across spacious, well-arranged interiors. Whether you're travelling with extended family or a group of close friends, the layout strikes the right balance between shared living and personal retreat. Air conditioning runs throughout, and the open living areas are designed for easy comfort after a long day by the shore. A private entrance and building staff on site around the clock ensure a smooth, secure arrival and stay.



Outdoor living

Step onto your private terrace and take in panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea - the kind that make mornings something to look forward to and evenings hard to leave. The Calablanca community extends those outdoor hours generously: a large family pool edged with sunbeds, a separate kids' pool, and two covered outdoor jacuzzis await. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Once there, 167 metres of private shoreline is lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas. A 60-metre dock nearby accommodates vessels up to 60 feet.



Shared amenities

Within the Calablanca community, a spa houses a steam room, sauna, massage cabins, and the two covered outdoor jacuzzis. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The gym is equipped with cardio and pilates equipment. The game room brings a different kind of energy - pool table, ping-pong, foosball, and a Smart TV all under one roof. Two fire pits beside the pool create a welcoming glow for evening gatherings, and outdoor showers stocked with L'Occitane liquid soap are on hand for rinsing off after a day in the water.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for meals at any scale - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and silverware. Cooking basics and coffee are stocked and ready. The adjoining dining area and living space flow naturally together, making shared mealtimes as easy as quiet ones.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across 5 beds. Each room is set up for restful nights, with bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage provided. The 4.5 bathrooms include a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - everything you need without having to think about it.



Practical details

Wifi and a dedicated workspace mean staying connected is never a problem. A washer, dryer, and iron take care of the practicalities of a longer stay - long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Free parking is available both in the garage and on the street. Self check-in is available, and building staff are on hand 24 hours a day. Identification is required at the gate, keeping the community secure and peaceful throughout. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost. Local partners on the island can arrange scuba diving, snorkelling, yacht charters, mini dive courses, bike tours, and other excursions.
