The house was perfectly clean, well decorated, and the kitchen and bathrooms nicely stocked. We especially appreciated the backyard seating and comfortable beds after long days in the city. New Rochelle is a great little city to enjoy NYC from and the metro and train make it easy to get back and forth. Only real downside to location can be the traffic that makes it difficult to enter and exit the driveway, especially when people park right up to driveway. All in all however, this was a fantastic rental for our family (with adult children).

The home is lovely; it has obviously been renovated and it’s roomy. It was perfect for our family of 7. Julio was very communicative and responsive when we had questions. The house is on a busy street, so expect traffic noise and well…traffic. It’s close to Metro North train stations (New Rochelle and Pelham), which makes it easy to get in and out of the city. We recommend this home!
