This hotel was seriously so beautiful and peaceful. Everything about the stay was relaxing, and I loved how close it was to so many good food spots you could just walk to. The whole vibe here was comfortable and quiet, and it honestly made the trip even better. The only small issue was the bathroom door knob, but overall everything else was perfect :) I’ll most definitely be staying here again.

A fantastic cost effective place to stay. The location is brilliant! Located on the river close to outstanding restaurants. Brown and RISD is right there and offer wonderful places to visit. Being an artist the RISD museum was fun and inspiring to visit.
The room was very large with views to the street and the river. The bathroom is shared but it never was an issue.
The only downside was the noise from cars cruising by at night. Noise canceling headphones made it very tolerable. The only other issue was the antique door hardware needed some love.
I recommend staying here if you are more laid back and flexible. I would stay there again.
