The two-room vacation apartment “Villa Wagenknecht 13” is located in Villa Wagenknecht on Boltenhagen’s Mittelpromenade. It is on the second floor facing the lake and measures 46 square meters. With its excellent amenities, it offers two people everything they need for a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator, and you can enter directly from the underground parking garage. The vacation rental features a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
The full bathroom is equipped with the following: a sink, bathtub, shower, and toilet. Both the living room and the separate bedroom offer an unobstructed, sweeping view of the Baltic Sea. The spacious balcony is just one of the many highlights of your vacation rental.
The apartment’s kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The kitchen is an open kitchenette. This is a non-smoking apartment. You can connect to the internet via the provided Wi-Fi. The flat-screen TV in the living room provides entertainment.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe. The double bed has two single mattresses (sleeping area 180x200 cm). At Villa Wagenknecht, we make the beds for you. The initial supply of bed linens and towels is included in the rental price.
On the balcony, you can enjoy a lake view during the colder months. Balcony furniture is provided during the warmer months. During the official season (mid-May through mid-September), you can use a beach chair at Beach Access 7. It is also included in the rental price.
You can park your car securely in the underground garage. The bicycle storage room is located in the basement, accessible from the underground parking garage. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
The location of the vacation apartment is ideal for a Baltic Sea vacation, as the beach is only about 100 m away. Restaurants (about 10 m) and the pier (about 350 m) are in the immediate vicinity. The harbor is about 3.3 km away, and the spa park is about 250 m away.
Note on the visitor’s tax: Since we are a spa and health resort, our municipality charges a visitor’s tax. You can claim a discount if you have a severely disabled person’s ID card.
