The exclusive Seezeit 2 vacation home, newly built in 2023, offers a dreamy retreat combined with the special atmosphere and lifestyle of Timmendorfer Strand. The kilometer-long sandy beach and the promenade are just 200[nbsp] away, and the Timmendorfer Strand shopping district—with its array of exclusive shops, events, and venues—is easily accessible on foot via the promenade, as is the quaint Niendorf Harbor with its lively atmosphere and what are arguably the tastiest fish sandwiches far and wide. A beach chair is available for our guests to use free of charge on the beach from mid-May through mid-September.
A beautiful semi-detached house awaits you, one that exudes comfort and well-being the moment you step inside. Warm colors, plenty of light, and high-quality furnishings ensure a high standard of living in a wonderful atmosphere. With 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sauna, the house offers over 100 square meters of living space—enough room for 5 people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation right by the beach. On the first floor, you’ll find a light-filled living and dining area that’s generously sized and furnished to a high standard. The fully equipped, built-in kitchen is perfect for cooking together. The south-facing sun terrace out front is equipped with patio furniture and sun loungers and is surrounded by a private, fully fenced-in garden. The entryway features a coat closet and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a window. The washing machine is located in a separate utility room. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, each furnished with box-spring beds (180x200), closets, and a TV. Access to the third small single bedroom, which also features a box-spring bed (90x200), is through one of the double bedrooms. The exclusive spa bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and built-in sauna is also located on the upper floor. The attic is furnished with a desk for a home office. All bedroom windows are equipped with blackout pleated blinds.
There are 2 parking spaces on the property, and an electric vehicle charging station is available. For secure storage of bicycles, handcarts [&] and other items, there is a bike shed with charging capabilities for e-bikes.
