The owner of the property was very quick at answering whenever we had any questions. The shuttle to the beach was very handy and the driver was very friendly. Plenty of places to lounge around and sit with a lot of space for larger groups. It was nice being able to take the bikes out and being able to explore Rosemary without the struggle of trying to find a parking spot. Lots of cute cafes and shops nearby, good walking distance from the community pool, and overall a really great place to make our girls trip unforgettable!

Ashish took care of everything. We love how responsive he was whenever we had questions. The house is beautiful, and the fact that it’s in a gated community made us feel all the more comfortable letting our kids bike around. About 0.9 miles from Seacrest Beach, we got our daily steps in, which we loved. We had easy, walkable access to the shops at Seacrest and Rosemary Beach Square. Because the house is set back from 30A it’s not crowded or loud. We could retreat from the crowds for peace and quiet when we needed to. The neighborhood pool is small and simple but not crowded, which is a huge plus on 30A.

The property was very well laid out, spacious, and great value. Location is perfect for access to Rosemary Aly’s and Seacrest beaches and all of the local restaurants and shops. Communication from host was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Very nice accommodations! Loved our shuttle driver Kyle. Bikes were nice to have. Rosemary beach is the best beach spot in all of the Gulf coast!
