Excellent stay!

We enjoyed our time. The kids spent lots of time in the pool! It was nice that they provided plenty of towels for us!

Very spacious and updated home with plenty of amenities. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and grilling dinner poolside!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood, and the pool was by far the highlight of the property.During our stay, the air conditioning struggled to keep up, which required multiple messages, troubleshooting efforts on our part, and two maintenance visits. We appreciated that the host ultimately addressed the issue, but it did take time away from our vacation.The home has good bones and could feel much more luxurious with some additional investment and upkeep. Many of the furnishings, dishes, cookware, and household items felt inexpensive, mismatched, or well-worn. We also noticed several items that would be nice; towel bars, drain stoppers, outlets (as did not securely hold plugs), and some cleanliness concerns. A guest manual would also be very helpful. Information about operating the home's amenities, thermostat, pool use, and expected visits from lawn care or pool maintenance providers would make the experience smoother and eliminate some uncertainty for guests.Overall, we enjoyed the neighborhood and pool, and with some attention to maintenance, higher-quality household items, and clearer guest information, this property could provide a much more premium experience.
