This renovated, south-facing 2-room vacation apartment is located on the 4th floor and is accessible via elevator and stairs.
From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the spa gardens.
Our lovingly furnished vacation apartment, suitable for 2 adults and 1 child (not 3 adults), consists of a living room with a sleeper sofa, a small bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. It features all the amenities you need for an unforgettable vacation.

Dahme Beach is right on your doorstep; the house has its own access over the dike, so you’ll be standing on the sand after just 20 meters.
You’ll love the 6.5 km-long fine-sand beach and the beautiful, newly redesigned 1.5 km-long promenade. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, the house has two very nice, large terraces located on the 3rd and 6th floors.
In addition, the building features a bright 4 x 8-meter swimming pool, which you can reach directly via the elevator; it also has a sauna (available for a small fee), a washing machine, a dryer, a bike storage room with exterior access, and a table tennis room. The apartment comes with a parking space that is accessible only to residents of the building (via a gate).
