About this apartment rental
Stay in the heart of WaterColor overlooking Cerulean Park, just a 2-minute walk to the Gulf and WaterColor Beach Club. This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom condo with a separate bunk nook sleeps 6 and offers an ideal layout for families or two couples.
Located on the second floor, Unit 202 puts the beach, Beach Club, dining, shopping and WaterColor Town Center within an easy walk. Leave the car parked and enjoy one of the community's most convenient locations, then come home to sunset views overlooking Cerulean Park.
Inside are two king bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a separate twin-over-twin bunk nook with privacy doors. Both bathrooms were completely remodeled in 2025.
The primary king suite features an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. The second king bedroom has direct access to the second full bathroom, also accessible from the hallway. The separate bunk nook provides a dedicated sleeping space for kids.
Outside, the covered wraparound porch overlooks Cerulean Park and provides a wonderful place to relax after the beach or enjoy the evening sunset.
Your stay includes access to eligible WaterColor community amenities. WaterColor Beach Club sits directly along the Gulf with three pools, lounge areas, community beach access and onsite dining. Camp WaterColor features pools, water slides, a lazy river and onsite dining. Guests can also enjoy additional community pools, parks, walking and biking trails, tennis and pickleball, and the WaterColor BoatHouse on Western Lake.
The condo also includes a full-size washer and dryer and elevator access.

• Parking: One reserved parking space is provided in the lot on the east side of the building.
• Pets & Smoking: Pets and smoking/vaping are not permitted.
• Golf Carts & Bikes: Golf carts are prohibited by the WaterColor HOA. Bikes are not included; rentals are available nearby.
• WaterColor Amenities: Includes access to eligible community amenities, including WaterColor Beach Club and Camp WaterColor.
• Beach Setup: Beach chairs and umbrellas are available separately through WaterColor beach services; advance reservations are recommended.
• Conveniences: Full-size washer/dryer and elevator access.
• Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement and required payments must be completed according to the reservation terms.
• Starter Supplies: A starter supply of essential household items is provided. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies needed during their stay.
• Mail & Packages: Please do not ship mail or packages to the property. Delivery cannot be guaranteed.
