The apartment is on two levels: on the ground floor you will find the living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a large bright living room and a bathroom. On the first floor, the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The villa offers comfort and functionality: air conditioning ONLY in the rooms, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher and environments designed to ensure privacy and relaxation.
The outdoor spaces are the real strong point: a patio equipped with sofas and table for outdoor dining, a private garden with pool and relaxation area with sun loungers, umbrellas and sofas, outdoor dining area, barbecue and wood oven. And again, a soccer field (for 5), tennis court and a beautiful citrus grove.
The villa is located in the Lecce countryside, halfway between the baroque city and the beaches of San Cataldo on the Adriatic (Villaggio del Sole). The center of Lecce is 7 km away, while San Cataldo is 4 km away.
City Tax: € 2,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights
Extra: ADDITIONAL BED € 20,00 Per day (upon request), EXTRA CLEANING € 80,00 (upon request), EXTRA LINEN € 20,00 Per person (upon request) For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
