Great location, great host and the property was perfect for our needs!

First and foremost I would like to say that the host was very good at communicating. The reason I give this property a three-star review simply because of the overall location, amenities and vibe. The location was in a relatively seedy neighborhood that is not in walking distance to anything of value. We had to take Ubers and or drive to get downtown which got very expensive, partially that's my fault should have done a little more research but this is not a very good location if you want to do the downtown scene. The house was very stuffy, almost a style stuffy feel. Possibly unavoidable but seemed like it was more of a stench covered up. The bedrooms had no furniture to put our clothes away and all the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable primarily the main bedroom the mattress was like sleeping in a hammock. All the Soaps sponges Etc were very very low end and poor quality for cooking and cleaning, the house locked the basic necessities that you typically get with a house rental, cooking utensils tin foil Saran Wrap salt and pepper spices Etc. There was none of that there when cooking breakfast in the morning we had to rely on a dollar store sponge with Dollar Store soap. Every floor seemed a different temperature and it never seemed like the house was a consistent cool temperature. The appliances, furniture, flooring and finishes were nice. The house appeared to be just a polished crash pad for people partying. The house did not have a home warm vibe to it.
