Detached chalet on two levels comprising, on the ground floor, a living room/kitchen (combination microwave/oven) and a sitting area (no television). Upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase, is a bedroom (one double bed 140x190 cm) with an en-suite shower room (shower and WC), opening onto a balcony (one table and two chairs). Unloading is possible in front of the chalet; free public parking is available 200 m away, at the entrance to the hamlet. In the heart of the hamlet of Le Praz, at the entrance to the village of Hauteluce, discover this typical Savoyard barn, completely renovated with care, combining authentic charm and comfort. The spaces have been optimized, offering storage and functional layouts despite the small size. From the southeast-facing balcony, enjoy an unobstructed view of the valley and the hamlet. Groceries and restaurants are available in the village of Hauteluce, for convenient daily life in the heart of the mountains during the tourist seasons. Authentic Savoyard barn located 800m from the Chosal chairlift, accessible via a free shuttle (stop 300m away). It provides access to the Les Saisies/Espace Diamant ski area or the Hauteluce Val Joly/Les Contamines ski area. The Les Saisies resort is 5km away, offering a vast Nordic area with 120km of cross-country and skating trails. In summer, the Beaufortain massif attracts visitors with its numerous hikes to magnificent mountain lakes and a wide range of activities in Les Saisies, Beaufort, and Arêches. A leisure center with a children's playground and a fishing lake is also 5km away.
