About this house rental
Come stay in our elevated home that has been in our family for over 40 years. Our home is less than one mile from the Cooperstown All-Star Village—you really could walk! We have thought of you and all your needs, and our home thrives on the details. Our home is your home.
PLEASE NOTE:
*We follow the Cooperstown All-Star Village schedule. Therefore, May 30, 2027 through August 28, 2027 we have a 6 night minimum and 6 night maximum.
*Early departures are non-refundable, and no refunds are given for unused nights.
The space:
The house has three bedrooms, one full bath, and one half bath. You will immediately notice the easy access to a full washer and dryer, large eat-in kitchen, and the open concept dining room and living room. The den is the perfect place to snuggle up with a good book, connect with colleagues, or soak in some quiet. The front porch is one our favorite spots to feel a summer storm. You may even get to watch the fireworks at CASV from the porch! A top amenity if the central air conditioning. You will be cool and comfortable throughout your stay. We would love to hear what you think of our childhood home!

All spaces will be available to you, except the basement and garage.

-Kathy would be happy to provide recommendations for the local eats and treats. She has spent 52 years here in our beloved hometown.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. This home is absolutely stunning! It was impeccably maintained and spotless from top to bottom.We stayed here with our family while our son played baseball in Cooperstown, and our entire stay was a delight. I was particularly impressed by the level of thought and attention to detail that went into every aspect of the experience. We were welcomed with fresh-baked goods from a local bakery and beautiful flowers, which immediately made us feel at home.Everything was exceptionally well-stocked—from laundry pods, disinfectant wipes, and full-size bottles of Biolage hair products to extra blankets and high-quality ceramic cookware. The owners truly anticipated every need. Honestly, I didn't want to leave. I could have happily stayed there forever. The layout was equally impressive. We had three adults and our 12-year-old son, and the design of the home is so thoughtful that we never felt crowded. There was more than enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy their own privacy without feeling like we were on top of one another.This house was the highlight of our trip. I even emailed the property management team to tell them, "You can tell this place is managed by women." They just get it.I would gladly return to this little gem, and I highly recommend it without hesitation. It is the best VRBO experience we've had so far - and we have traveled A LOT!
