Incredible downtown residence with 3 bedrooms (1 King and 2 Queen) 2.5 bathrooms, and incredible light and proportions and space. Very comfortable and flexible. The Scout Guide is an inspirational presentation of local business owners across the country, headquartered in Charlottesville this property is an extension of local with off-street parking in quiet location only minutes walking from north downtown to the Charlottesville Mall. Easy access to UVA and other Charlottesville locals. This pre-civil was Georgian house is an architectural gem and the space and ease of this property will be all you are looking for.

House & property is gorgeous!! Location fantastic to downtown. Exactly what we were looking for. The beds were amazing, sheets and towels were clean. However, there is a permanent resident in the house in a separated basement apartment without being mentioned in the listing (super nice guy though). Door separating stairs to basement is not frosted/covered so no privacy. Kitchen wasn’t fully equipped (sharp knives, ladles, grill utensils) but we made it work. Grill was not cleaned and did not have a brush to clean. Overall it was an amazing experience and stay, and with some subtle adjustments for the guest, it would be a 5 star stay.
