About this house rental
Newer home in a quiet family neighborhood in Manhattan with easy access to the university. This is a NO-SMOKING, NO PETS home featuring two living areas, four beds, two baths. The main floor features living area, dinning, kitchen, laundry, bedroom one with a queen bed, bedroom two with a twin bed, and one shared full bath. Lower level features a second living area, bedroom one with a king bed, bedroom two with a king bed and one shared full bath. The outdoor area features a covered patio with gas grill, TV and eating area. Our home has exterior security camera's that protect the parameter of our home.

The home is really nice and clean. Spacious enough for a family of six to enjoy. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. Bev & Phil were great with communication and also checking in on us to see if we needed anything.
