The open-concept living and dining area is comfortably furnished with a separate dining nook and a cozy living area. For entertainment, there is a modern flat-screen satellite TV. From here, you can also access the furnished balcony facing southwest.
Kitchen amenities include, among other things, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a set of dishes.
The bedroom features a cozy double bed, a dresser, and a second TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and underfloor heating.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities and linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us a request via email.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax applies to all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
