Light-filled 30 sqm one-bedroom loft in Laureles, Medellin. Laid out as one open space. Accommodates up to two guests, in a queen bed, and has a balcony. Full kitchen: stove, refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Downstairs there is lift access and a doorman.

The full kitchen comes with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, tableware and wine glasses. There is a workspace and desk.



The bathroom comes with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hot water. Air conditioning throughout the apartment.

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Atanasio Girardot Stadium and Sports Complex: football matches and concerts, and a good place to walk or run.

Nutibara Avenue: a strip of local cafés and restaurants.

Unicentro: shopping, dining, supermarkets and everyday essentials.



The Medellín Metro and the rest of the public transport network are easy to reach, which makes it straightforward to visit Comuna 13, Plaza Botero and Parque Explora.



Also in the area: Estadio and El Volador Hill.
