The property was just as described and we really enjoyed our stay. I think it was cute and comfy. The only need to know in my opinion is that it is located near downtown (which is lovely and has tons of antique shops and an art center and railroad museum- for those interested in history) so there are some homes surrounding it that are run down due to it being in what seems to be a lower socioeconomic area. However the rental is butted up to a park and a block from a school. It was quiet and the property is fenced in and elevated which is nice. We definitely enjoyed our stay and thought it was very cute and the owners were very responsive . Definitely want to return to this location in the future.

Mosquitoes were the only issue. If you plan on being outside bring bug repellent. The outdoor area is really nice. The property is within walking distance to the river. Excellent property excellent stay!!

There were 6 of us staying here. The beds were comfortable and the AC kept the rooms cool. There is an additional portable AC unit you can use in the main living area not that it was needed during our stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. We also brought our two little dogs who enjoyed running up and down the stairs. (The property is on stilts). We were able to park to vehicles within the gates of the property. There is also a nice little secluded back patio area which also has the other bathroom outside.(Used this when the main bathroom was in use). There is a nice restaurant about 4min drive called ‘Ol Railway Cafe’. Would stay at this place again.
