Convenient and simple accommodations in a house with two vacation rentals, perfect for professionals looking for a quiet place to stay near Lyon! Reserved exclusively for business travelers, the Gîte de La Panoncelière 1 offers simple and functional accommodations, ideal for business trips. Located on the hills above the village of Rontalon, just outside Lyon and in the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais, the cottage occupies the (raised) first floor of a townhouse that also includes a second unit upstairs. Here, you’ll enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the beautiful, unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. On a clear day, the view stretches all the way to Lyon and, in the distance, to the Alps. The cottage features a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—a bathroom (with shower), and a separate toilet. The living room and the bedroom (with one double bed) open directly onto the balcony with patio furniture through a French door. Access to the cottage is via an interior courtyard, part of which is covered. Parking spaces are also available. A shared washing machine is available. The owners, who are farmers, live down the hill.
