Magnificent chalet on a property in Cabo de Gata surrounded by pristine beaches just two kilometers away. 1,500 olive trees, quiet shared pool, very few people, located in the village of Pozo de los Frailes. The Cabo de Gata Natural Park is a UNESCO heritage site; its warm beaches with native vegetation, dunes, and semi-wild areas make them unique. You can go in the middle of summer to a small cove and swim almost alone. Although the property is 6 hectares, it is within the village of Pozo de los Frailes, so you can walk to bars, restaurants, the doctor, etc., enjoy a select holiday atmosphere, and enter your gardens, house, and pool through a gate without needing the car.
