About this villa rental
This charming Algarve villa offers comfortable single-level living near the villages of Estoi and Moncarapacho, just over 20 minutes from the airport. Set within generous private grounds, the property features a 10m x 5m swimming pool (which can be heated with extra fee) a furnished terrace, and quiet garden areas ideal for relaxing throughout the day.Inside, the villa includes lounge with Wi-Fi, TV, and dinning area. A well-equipped kitchen with a separate laundry room. It accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms, including a double room with an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, plus a family bathroom.The surrounding gardens provide a calm setting with country, pool, sunrise, and sunset views. Supermarkets only a few minutes drive away, and the owner is conveniently located close by should any assistance be needed.Outside, guests can enjoy a shaded terrace, sun loungers, umbrella, private driveway parking, a barbeque, and space for outdoor games. Beaches, restaurants, shops, golf courses, and local attractions are all within easy reach, making this villa a practical and relaxing base for an Algarve holiday.Please note: This property does not accept bookings from young groups or single sex parties, including stag and hen parties. An age restriction of 30 years applies. Guests under the age of 30 are welcome only when accompanied by a parent.Pool heating is available as an optional extra - please contact us for price (min 7 days charge applies)
A refundable cash security deposit of €300 is required on arrival to cover any potential breakages or damages during your stay. This deposit will be returned in full on the day of departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Your price covers all known taxes. Occasionally, local governments add new visitor taxes on short notice. These aren't included and must be paid directly at your destination (usually an amount at check-in). Please ask us before travelling - we'll also update you if we can.

Ideal for peaceful breaks away from the hustle and bussle. I didn't hire a car as i am British and drive the other side of the road. Though this would be handy if you can.I used Uber to get rides to town and food deliveries from supermarket. If it is colder months you will need the heated pool. Easy to check in and out via key safe. Owner is very responsive to messages but doesn't intrude. The villa being one level is handy if you have small children.

Villa Muxima was exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday. The heated pool was perfect at any time of day, and the large garden gave us plenty of space to unwind. Very private and quiet.

Great layout all on one level and plenty of outdoor space for the children to play. The football game and garden were a big hit. Short drive to shops and restaurants.

We loved the privacy and the calm surroundings. Waking up to sunrise views over the countryside and ending the day by the pool was wonderful. Highly recommended for a peaceful break.
