The damage waiver covers minor accidental damages up to $150, such as a stained towel, broken chair, or accidentally dropped dish. Please note that smoking-related damage, missing items, and major or intentional damage are not covered under the damage waiver.

📝 Rental Agreement

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms and conditions of their stay. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

• You may be required to complete a background screening when mandated by the property management company or building and permitted under the terms of your rental agreement.

• Check-in instructions may be withheld until the required verification process has been successfully completed.

In the event of repeated or serious violations of property rules, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include involving local authorities when necessary. Any costs associated with a guest's removal due to policy violations may be the responsibility of the guest.

For units that permit pets, dogs and cats are welcome with prior approval, subject to applicable size and property restrictions. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable laws. Please notify us before booking or arrival if you plan to bring a pet. Failure to disclose a pet in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation or additional fees.



Pet Fees

🐾 1–7 nights: $20 per pet, per night

🐾 8–29 nights: $200 flat rate

🐾 30+ nights: $300 flat rate



✔ Maximum of 2 pets per reservation

✔ Only dogs and cats are permitted



Undisclosed pets may result in a $500 fee.

For the comfort and safety of our guests and neighbors, the property is equipped with noise monitoring devices. These devices do not record conversations or audio. They only measure general noise levels in decibels. Please do not tamper with or disable these devices. A fee may apply for tampering or damage.
