Very convenient location for Jeff city - maybe a little too convenient as the traffic noise from the 3 converging major highways (oh and the train line) things get a little noisy at times. But host was very communicative and easy to deal with.

A very clean economical place to stay. a super attentive host, very friendly, very central, which is also useful. We enjoyed our company trip. Charming large folder with complete information about local restaurants and attractions, information about the lake, everything. I would definitely be in contact if we ever visit the area again. Thanks again for hosting us!

Check in was easy, the beds were comfortable, and there was good off street parking. It's a fine choice if there are three or fewer people in your group and you don't want to go with a hotel. Some things I wish I had realized ahead of time: There are only three comfortable places to sit in the living room, a loveseat and an armchair. If you have more than three people, the others will have to sit on a backless metal barstool or the floor. The house is cooled by two small window units neither of which is located in a bedroom. This made it difficult to keep cool at night while sleeping. One member of our party decided to sleep on the loveseat in the living room which was directly under one of the window units. Providing a couple of pedestal fans in the bedrooms to improve air circulation would go a long way towards helping this.
