Stylish and spacious apartment in a newly renovated apartment building. In a quiet side street. 2nd floor. Elevators available. With a 24/7 concierge.
Communication with hosts/rental agent went in-app during office hours. But emergency phone number available.
Check-in instructions are provided, once an online check-in form is submitted. Entry via door codes (but a physical door key for the apartment is also available in a lockbox). The door can be locked manually or electronically.
Stylish and spacious shower/bathroom. Strong water pressure with a rain shower.
Big living room/kitchen with all amenities for self-catering. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar/salt, oil provided.
Comfortable double bed. Plenty of towels. And enough bedlinnen for 4pp.
Stay was pretty quiet. Only if windows were open, you could hear traffic on the nearby main road.
Laundry machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. Cleaning tools and detergents available. So, it is also suitable for longer stays.
Strong cable-internet WiFi (600/100Mbps), if you connect directly to the modem/router. Instead of the first provided WiFi-network. Smart-TV with streaming services. But digital tv set top box was not functioning.
Apartment is located in short walking distance (5-10 minutes) of the old town. Bus stops and tram stops around the corner.. Several convenience stores nearby.
The whole apartment has stone floors. I'd recommend bringing your own slippers.
Multiple lighting settings. But the color temperature was quite bright and coldish (4000K) in the bedroom and living room. I'd suggest replacing lightbulbs for 2700-3000K ones for a warmer ambiance.
A microwave in the kitchen would have been useful.
I was missing bedside lamps.
Curtains are hardly covering the width of the windows and it's hardly room-darkening. I'd suggest replacing them for full width room-darkening/black out curtains.

Отличная квартира, есть все что нужно, в том числе капсулы для посудомоечной и стиральной машины, гладильная доска и утюг. В квартире большая кровать, кондиционер, кофе машина. Очень удобное расположение, старый город и замок очень близко, рядом ходит быстрый автобус номер 300 в аэропорт. Коммуникация с менеджером была очень приятная и быстрая, мы получили детальные инструкции по самостоятельному заселению. Нам также позволили заселиться в номер раньше стандартного времени. Если будем в Кракове, обязательно здесь остановимся снова. Спасибо!
Немного подвел wifi, связь была не очень хорошая, а мне как раз нужно было сделать звонок. И в шкафу было маловато вешалок.

La casa è spaziosa e ben distribuita. Molto confortevole ed in un contesto condominiale ordinato e curato, compresa la portineria. Ho molto apprezzato lo spazio della cucina. La casa é in una bella zona anche se non centralissima ma ci si trova a 5/6 minuti dal fiume Vistola con vista castello del Wavel.
Nulla di eccessivamente negativo, ma non ci sono canali tv al di fuori di quelli in lingua polacca....servirebbe giusto per passare qualche momento di relax dopo cena. Arriva poi un po di rumore dalla strada vista la vicinanza con una grossa arteria cittadina...io sono abituata a dormire con le finestre aperte ma non era possibile ma la cosa è trascurabile

Emplacement au top, à 2 pas de la vieille ville, du château, de la Vistule, des resto etc...
Logement de standing de bonne taille, récent, très bien équipé et très calme, le double vitrage est très efficace.
Matelas très confortable, le canapé lit, un peu moins, mais largement suffisant pour notre ado.
La bonne communication et la disponibilité de l'hôte.
Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
Lors de notre arrivée, petit souci avec le code pour ouvrir la porte, heureusement, après avoir téléphoné, nous avons pu avoir une clé. C'est un problème récurrent qu'il faudrait résoudre, car nous sommes restés 4 nuits et le code n'a quasiment jamais fonctionné.
Le Wi-Fi que l'on nous donne ne fonctionne quasiment jamais. Pourtant il y'a une box Play avec le code sous l'appareil, et ce réseau là fonctionne parfaitement 😅
