We had a lovely stay, close to the tube and bus station, everything you need was in the apartment, windows opened fully so nice and cool on the warm days, quiet street in the evenings and night, great choice of TV if you want to chill with a film, great WiFi signal, lovely shower, lots of room, and the host answered all of my questions.
Don't judge the hallway when you first walk in, it's not the best, but the apartment is lovely, definitely need another mirror in the bedroom and a full length mirror on the inside of the wardrobe door for us ladies please.

Locality and functionality of apartment. Very good apartment.
Could do with AC. The ash tray outside in the balcony was full of cigarettes. Could be cleaned prior to use as not everyone are smokers and it’s unsightly.

The location is wonderful. The apartment has all you need in the kitchen and bathroom. I would however strongly recommend a small table and chairs so guests can eat their meals at a table if preferred. There is a kitchen bar and stools. There were large tvs and access to multiple channels - the wifi was not too bad either. The appartment was clean and in a really lovely location. We did not have a good stay, however, there were positives that I wanted to recognise.
I advised I would be arriving latish and requested entry details to be sent early in the day so we could get access quickly on arrival. Nothing had been sent by 7pm of the evening we arrived and we were left waiting in the street. Calling the number on the booking took us to a pleasant lady, however, she knew nothing of the booking and could not assist so forwarded my call to the local contact, who did not pick up. I waited for 20 minutes. Eventually a message was sent via the booking.com app, worded as if it was sent the day before our checkin - so very impersonal with no acknowledgement that we had been trying to contact them. However, we got in.
As highlighted in a previous review - the hallway is dirty and smelly. Though this was not the case for the apartment itself.
We reported a beeping in a cupboard by the bedroom, that went off every hour. The response was quick to say they would check - and then nothing. No updates or idea of when it would be fixed, even when asked. It was not fixed by the time we left, so we had poor quality sleep for 5 nights. Hopefully they get it fixed before the next guests
I see the positive reviews of others, however, this just did not reflect our stay. Communication was really poor. For the price paid we did expect better, and so were disappointed and would be reluctant to stay in a Hausd apartment again.
