Great location

Absolutely fantastic location, close to lots of landmarks and places to eat/drink. Great place to store bags and come back to sleep after exploring Paris. Comfy bed and clean room.

This didn't bother us as we were only looking for.a place to use as a base and weren't there much, but it's very compact. If you are wanting to spend a lot of time there, it could get quite cramped. The stairway to the apartment is a bit uneven, with a very shaky bannister, there are also a few exposed wires in the corridor.

Horrific I have many more photos

Not a lot, I have already placed a complaint with booking which I will be following up when I get home this evening. Peter from booking emailed the company and told me they had 48 hours to reply but they didn’t. Appalling started building works second day of stay. Noisy but rubble everywhere. Had to trudge through it which was piled outside our door. Hand rail to spindly staircase loose and unsafe. Had to squeeze by plasterboard, cement bags and tools all over the floor. Wires everywhere. Definitely a health and safety risk.i want a full refund and compensation. This ruined our stay. Came back in the afternoon to text, no chance of that. Banging and chipping outside our door. We had NO prewarning. I am very easy going and have Never complained. My son was staying in the apartments next door and could hear it. He was appalled when he came over. I have lots of photos of this horrific experience. I will take this even further if nothing done.
