The house is exactly what you expect from a 350 year old property! It was a charming and unusual place to stay.
The kitchen and dining room has clearly been recently renovated and offers all of the mod cons you could need.
The host was very responsive to messages when I asked a question and contributed to an overall lovely stay.
Not a case of not liking - but it is worth stating that the property is situated on a main road and given its age has single glazed windows, so could be a little noisy with traffic passing by at times. That said there was not a huge volume of traffic but you certainly knew it when a heavy lorry or bus passed by! Thankfully this did not affect the sleep of my children during our visit so no great issue.

A lovely old house. Lots of character and very comfortable. Frome is a lovely town and was Central to where we were going for our days out.
The beds were not made up and we could only find two sheets. Not many towels. The oven did stop working but I found the electric box and and it had just tripped.

Beautiful house, very comfy and excellent facilities and very helpful host. Very convenient position. And fabulously dog friendly.
Perhaps only downside is noise from road but that is forgiven as house is so gorgeous .
