Price and the house was easy to access and very clean. Neighbourhood was quiet.
No issues with property - was a bit further out of Bendigo centre than we would have liked. No dryer.

The size of the house was good and the heating worked well once it decided to work .
All four beds and pillows are extremely average , with two of the beds being singles which make it hard when your a grown adult . The double bed mattress was quite bad and had an odd smell so I had to move into the single bedroom half way through the night which was fun at 194 cm in height .
